The occasion starts with the planning…the couple contracts an event manager and the planning starts…IV cards, venue, decorations, food and drinks….. the CAKE! This aspect is the coco of the matter. the first principal assignment of the couple after the parents give their consent is the cutting of the cake. Here the couple join hands together for the first time in public to perform a function as one indivisible entity…..such a glorious act!
Today, caught on camera are the very looks of some of Naija couples during their cake cutting act. For me I think this is the moment in the entire plan…..and also the very beginning of life together as one indivisible entity…the couple!
